Worship Council

Our Worship Council are a very friendly and helpful group who are working to inspire and support our collective worship and R.E. learning in school. At the start of each new school, children can express their interest in joining the Worship Council, to help lead and support our collective worship and ensure that we are developing our understanding of Christian values and spirituality in school.

This year the worship council have:

• Helped to revisit our four school values through worship

• Led whole school Collective Worships

• Begun to take responsibility for parts of our shared collective worship

• Assisted the governors in monitoring worship
• Help update our class reflection areas in line with our half-termly value

We are very much looking forward to continuing this good work during this year as the worship council begin to lead more of our Worships and promote our school values.

The worship council will also be responsible for building more opportunities for prayer in classrooms by developing areas around our school in academic year 2025-2026
